In this workshop, after reviewing the history of historical prints, the participants will learn all the steps of printing images with solutions on cardboard:

Knowing the tool

Understanding the effect of light on alternative prints

Convert photo to negative

Preparation of emulsions

Sensitize paper surfaces to light

Image exposure and exposure

Color removal and Coating

Paper sizing

Participation in this class is not required; But it is better to focus the exercises on a project so that during training, the challenges and possibilities of Vandyke printing and salt printing will be tested and experienced to implement the central idea of ​​the project.

All necessary equipment and tools will be provided to the participants except paper.
